I'm beginning the process of GW to get some lates off CR. Does anybody have the contact info for Bank of America and Capital One? Also, if anybody has had success with GWing them, any advice or a copy of your letter would be great! Thanks a bunch...this forum is fantastic, whish i had found it sooner.

Just sent 3 emails, all came back so looks like this info is out of date.
Sent an email to the CEO 2 hours ago and it hasn't come back. Hopefully that email is still good and he kicks it to someone to address.
