One of my customers paid off his cc's but was charged a finance charge he never saw/paid so he now has a 30 days late on his report. His score dropped too low for me to help him get a HELOC. I thought I saw on here the contact numbers for the CRA's but am in a hurry trying to get them for him. Anyone have a link?? He wants to call to get the right phone number for the company that gave him the 30 past due.
