Hello!
Here is the issue:
There is a negative on my report from Continental Finance Company that was supposedly opened in 2009.
This is not my account. I have disputed it twice and each time it comes back as a valid debt.
Can someone please tell me what type of credit card this is?
What are the next steps? I am scared to DV as I do not want to reset the clock if this is falling off in 2016, but I also do not want to take ownership for someone’s theft of my identity.
