I don't know if they would convert it, but you can combine a venture into a QS.

But aren't the venture miles also able to be cashed for statement credit?

The Venture Card is 2X miles rewards but only 1X cash rewards.

I just upgraded my Cap One to QS thanks to this post.  Didn't even know I could do that.  I did it by way of CHAT on thier website.  Thanks!!

Can you upgrade from plat to QS if you have a balance on your platinum or should you waite until you have no balance.

I got mine upgraded with a small balance on it.

I had a balance so I don't think it matters.
