The following is reporting on my FICO file (equifax) my score went up 13 points when they changed the status, but i think that It will, or should drop from my report nov 2013..is this correct FICO Fam??

Can't tell by what it is showing when it will be removed.
Is this an OC account? If so, they removed the balance from scoring during the dispute.
That looks like a CA in bloomington, IL which i 3 hrs south of Chicago. +1 guiness thats why the OP had a score bump.
Shouldn't be a bump if it is a CA. Unless it is reporting under accounts then it could happen.

It's a CA so they are apparently reporting wrong.

That depends. The max it can be is 7 years + 180 days. Texas is 7 years, period, so it can vary. Most everything is the 7 year mark. A BK can of course stay for 10.

That depends. The max it can be is 7 years + 180 days. Texas is 7 years, period, so it can vary. Most everything is the 7 year mark. A BK can of course stay for 10.
Im in California, so Im sure that if it shows in December, i should be able to contact them to remove it......i think my score will drop tho if its removed.....although its a negative account, its aged and actually helps my score....what are your thoughts

yeah its them....but the date shows 11/2006 as last activity, does that mean its gonna drop 12/2013?
