Cortrust Bank

I have an unpaid CO with Cortrust Bank from September 2010 and was wondering what is the best way of getting them removed from all three credit reports. Do i DV first then PFD?. Any templates would be helpful

Who is reporting the OC?

 

DVs are for collection agencies only.

 

If it is the OC offer them a PFD.
