Cox sent me a certified letter in response to my lastest good will attempt. Is this a bad sign?
All of my goodwill letters seem to be routed to the same person, no matter who I send it to. I got a personal phone call last month, stating how "they couldn't do anything for me" and how "they need to treat all customers the same".
I'm going to pick up the letter at lunch, so I'll post what it says.
So... Different executive contact. Got routed to the same person again. I wonder if I have a note on my account or something.
Anyways. Same deal. Can't do anything. References my past letters and the one time they called me.
This time with a "Cox considers this matter closed." Is that business speak for "We are going to ignore any future letters"?
I've tried the President, the Central Office Regional Manager and the Social Media director. ALL got routed to this one person.
