Has anyone had any luck having paid collections removed with CBS?

I have had my 3 other collections removed, and this is my last one (only reporting to TU.) I would be SOOOO excited to have every last CA removed.

I have had better success goodwilling the company whom I paid and asking them to remove the tradeline.

Was it with CBS? I contacted them by phone, but the supervisor had a 3 day weekend and won't be in until Monday. I plan on calling her back then.

No, but disputing it with the CRAs because you paid won't help you, they'll just keep validating the debt.

Best bet is to just wait Monday and see what happens! Good luck.
