GW == Goodwill. It's when you ask a creditor for an "Act of goodwill" for an adjustment to their records or deletion form the three CRAs.
Check out the stickies at the top of the "Rebuilding Credit" Forum. It'll give you the steps to take to get a baddie removed and the list of acronyms/nicknames for things used on this site. Reading through this info will be SUPER helpful in decoding all of the posts on here and in starting the uphill battle for rebuilding. Let meknow if you have any questions - I'm no Veteran on this site (february is only my third month here) but I'm glad to help!
Good luck!!
