If it has lates on it, each late will come off 7 years from the date of occurence. Once the last one is gone the account will become positive again and can report for up to 10 years from the date closed.
You can try for GW on the lates.
If a closed CC account is reporting a non-zero CL but has a zero balance, the card will not be included in the calculations
