Credit One Bank Charge off-- Need help please!

Hey everyone. So I have been DV Credit One for about a year now. No responses. I started to get aggressive this year beacuase I need to get them off my reports. They are one of the last baddies for me. I have reported them today too BBB and Bureau of Fincical Services. Any idea or advice on how to get this deleted?

DVs do not go to the OC they are for 3rd party collection agencies.  They did not have to respond.

Why did you report them?  What is incorrect with what they are reporting?

They would pre-date the debt. So for instance its listed as owed till may 2014 and we are only in Jan. Also there are some past months that they dont report, then some months after they do.

Could you cut and paste the TL so I can look at it.

Is the account in collections or charged off?

A creditor is not required to report every month though most do.  The FCRA only states that if they report it must be accurate.
