I also have a charge off with Credit One Bank that was transferred to LVNV. I have since settled with LVNV for less then full balance. What are my options? Can I legally get Credit One Bank to delete the derogatory remarks. Can LVNV do the same? Any help would be appreciated, and if you could email me the info as well you used to send them GW's that would help. Thanks

Credit One should be reporting as a paid CO. LVNV should be reporting as a paid CA. Since it is paid, your only option now is to send a GW letter to each asking, at least, for LVNV to delete, and it's your call whether or not you want Credit One to delete. Sometimes the age of an OC will help more than the baddie hurts. YMMV. You can always send a GW for the lates.
Legally, they are reporting OK and they don't have to delete. If ever faced with that situation again, try sending PFDs before paying it.
ETA...noticed in your other post that LVNV deleted for you.

Can I get the contact info for Credit One too please. I just paid a chargeoff. What should I ask them to change in the comments that will help the negative impact?
