They're not "required" to report anything, only that what/if anything they do report has to be accurate.  I can't understand the not deleting for payment.  Seems to me if I was in the debt collection business that would be a perfect way to collect the money....you pay us & we'll delete this item.  That's me though, call me crazy.  lol

It's like basically what it boils down to is - we won't delete...just because.

If anyone has the information to email Credit one bank I would love it. I too have a badie from Cradit one that was sold to Midland and it's my last one before I try and buy a house. Any information on this would be welcomed!!
