The emails I got all went unanswered, so I went to the Better Business Bureau and got all physical addresses. there they have the managers name. Sent letters there. Fingers crossed.

Go to the BBB website pull the people and there email addresses are mickey.mouse @ creditone. com Find a name then rapid fire.
