Does anyone have an email address for someone at Credit One Bank? I have a PFD ready to go in the mail today but thought emailing might help, too...

just in case nobody has one, try going to jigsaw.com (it's free to sign up and you get 2 free searches). I'm not sure if they have Credit One on there, but it's worth a shot.

Can someone please send me the contact information as well. I am going to try and send a GW letter to remove two 30 day lates. I am getting ready to apply for a mortgage and am hoping I can get rid of them. Any help would be appreciated greatly!

A Credit One rep told me that they will delete the tradeline from my credit report if I pay the full balance to the CA... or in my case, LVNV. The instructions she gave me was to fax Credit One a conffirmation reciept from LVNV that the account was "Paid In Full" and they will delete from my CR the entire TL. She emphasized that the account must be PIF and not Settled.
Now if I could only get LVNV to agree to a PFD.... right now they just ignore everything I send.
