Hi all.
Just want to share my experience with my Credit One charge-off. Emailed CEO back in Feb with no reply. Decided to send a GW letter via snail mail on 3/31/16, and even though I haven't heard back from them, I woke up to a deletion this morning (4/21/16).
Anyone: Feel free to PM me if you want the physical address I sent my letter to. Please don't respond here with "Please PM me the address you used"... I may not see it because I don't come back to these threads very often.
