Credit One Goodwill Letter address

Does anyone have contact info for Credit One Bank to send a letter of goodwill? I need an email address or mailing address. I've heard of people doing this and it working with Credit One, but I can't find any info on where to send it.

I asked google what the CEO's E-Mail was of Credit One. Received a reply back I'll get a responce back in 10 days and the following business day it was off Experian.

I'm interested in this info as well. I have several addresses for them but it sure wouldn't hurt to save a few bucks on postage when I have so many letters to send! lol

Goto google and search for the email address for the ceo of credit one.

If they sold the account to someone your chances are good for deletion.

Thanks! my account is still open and in good standing but I am trying for a goodwill deletion of a late payment back in 2015...not sure what my odds are but after reading other posts around here I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least try.
