1st, can someone explain to me how a CC with a limit of $250 gets charged off and sold and the CA reports a balance due of $681. The DOFD is feb 07.
2nd am I able to do a PFD within the SOL, or is it better to wait till next year when the SOL is up. If I do a PFD should it be for the original amount owed of $250 not $681
