Credit One removed late payments!!

So happy!!I had three late payments from last year and they just agreed to delete them.I checked Experian this morning and is all clear No change in credit score yet...

I sent them email for the past 3 months with no luck.Once I mailed them the GW letter they aprroved it.

Congrats OP on your sucess. I have a 30 day late reporting since 2014 that I'm trying to get removed. Did you contact a specific department to achieve this?

Congrats, credit one is very forgiving. I just recently sent a letter with attached proof that the account was paid through the CA and they removed the trade line completely within a few weeks!
