Starting a thread for personal use to easily keep track of our progress on re-building my boyfriend's credit. He was previously engaged and had multiple joint accounts, a mortgage and so forth... so his credit is pretty messy. His ex fiance used to take care of finances so he doesn't know what half the things being reported are even about. Yay for making this even more difficult!
He currently has no Fico score as he hasn't had any credit activity since 2009.

For the CO'd account, yes it is unpaid to them. They have sold it to another that is why it reflects a 0 balance.

Okay, that's what I figured. There is no collection reporting it as of yet.
