You don't seem to be in TOO bad of shape -- a number of items are going to fall off this year no matter what you do. If you want, you can try to settle for early deletes, but you are certainly in position to wait it out. Student loans "in school deferral" status is not derrogatory. If they were delinquent previously (reporting lates), then you can request good will removal of the lates -- always worth a try.
Best I can tell, item #3 SHOULD be off your report. It seems to say your last payment was in 11/2007, so Date of First Delinquency would be the following month, when you first owed a payment that you failed to pay. Assuming that is correct, then just call each CRA and tell them that item is past the reporting period. They should delete. I am very concerned, though, that the debt was sold to Midland. Midland is a bad collection agency & MIGHT try to report even though the reporting period has expired. SAVE the current copy of your report, whatever you do, which will prove the correct dates if Midland ever rears its ugly head. This is VERY IMPORTANT documentation, so don't lose it!
Get a secured card, start building some good credit while you wait out the drop off of the baddies. Within a year, most of your baddies will be gone & you'll be golden. Good luck!
