Credit Score vs. Credit Report

I have spent the last 5 years rebuilding my credit. I have not had a late payment or dilenquency of any sort in 5 years and as a result my scores are pretty good (about 720 average). My problem is my credit report obviousily still has all the mistakes I have made in my past for all lenders to see.

Question: Even with a pretty good credit score, can I still be denied for a mortgage, renting an apartment or a car loan?

Re: Credit Score vs. Credit Report

Debt to ratio    and PB should have been  PR = public record        judgments, liens arrest records, things like that.

D/R   you income v your output or debt (payments)
