Ok my credit history is kind of a long story but here is the shortened version, auto loan in charge off due to repossession after divorce due to be off my report next month. My credit is all revolving accounts (2) other than the auto loan so I applied for a $500 personal loan via NFCU and got denied. Then applied for one of their CC and got approved for $2000....which is great but WHY? I don't understand why one but not the other? Any insight? Thanks 
Welcome to the forum. The UW criteria for personal loans are stricter than cc's

Very frustrating I know!! I'm gonna try again in 6 mo, and btw they pulled TU for both of the loans and EQ for the CC. As you can see In my siggy, TU is my worst
