Credit collection services says you have to pay full amount in order to PFD

I have a collection account with CCS from Geico it's from 2015 I'm willing to settle the debt but the representitive stated they only delete the collection account if the balance is payed in full if not it would only reflect as settled has anyone else experienced this?

If it's still within the SOL, then this sounds reasonable.

It's called negotiation between two parties...

Both sides WANT something

They want their money ( which is owed, cause nobody is saying it's an error)

The OP wants to ERASE a class, they got a 'F' in

If one can HIDE a legitimate a legitimate muck up by simply paying what they owe...as mentioned, isn't that a good deal?

PFD = Pay For Delete... which is EXACTLY what the party owed is offering

They are offering you gold as far as rebuilding goes.  If you can afford it, pay it.  I wish all CA's offered that kind of deal.

I have dealt with them twice they do delete.

If you PAY the amount you OWE, we'll just DELETE the whole thing, like it NEVER happened.
