Is the co showing a balance, or $0 ?
One of them does has a balance, but the others do not.
The balance will be held against your utilization.
For example, if you owe $1k on a $500 card, you're 200% util, so it's going to take a major punch at your scoring.
*edit: and the COs will hold your score down until they're off your reports.
Should I pay them off, or try to do a pfd?
Give me a list of the COs, their DOFD, balances being reported, and any associated CAs. OCs very rarely do a PFD, but a paid CO is much better in the eyes of a manual UW situation.
