Credit one bank charge off

Hi all!

Im rebuilding to qualify for a VHDA mortgage. I have a credit one charge off that has been paid. Does any one have an email or address to the office of the president for deletion? Please PM if so, I'd be very greatful !!

I would suggest a GW letter sent thru the mail to the office of the CEO or President.
