Credit repair, don't know where to begin

I don't know where to begin. Long story short I fell on hard times do to payday loans consuming all of my money. It got so bad I wasn't able to pay my bills. I finally had to take control of the situation but not before having 4 credit cards being charged off and my car repo'd in 2013. I have been reading the post and I haven't come across anybody in my position. I have 3 accounts in collection. 1 I am disputing, 1 is from 2009 & 1 is a credit card within the SOL and am currently being sued by Midland and it has been since June 2014. The credit cards and repo amounts are too high to pfd. I was wondering if I can request my repo to be deleted do to the bank never sending me notice on how I can reclaim my vehicle. I read that in TX the bank or finance company is required to give you notice after the repossession of its intention to sell the car, the date when it is to be sold and the balance due on the vehicle. The only thing I received was balance due. If it is possible how do I go about it. I am trying to clean my credit up as much as possible. My baddies are all fairly new.  Do you think I can request early exclusion for the 2009 account? I think it is from September. Please help I am desperate.

Disputing your repo wouldn't hurt. I don't know how to proceed with that, somebody around here I'm sure will know what to do.

If your outstanding accounts are too high for PFD, get a payment plan with them. That includes settling with Midland, get a payment process under way.

Google "Quick Ways To Earn Money" and you should see donating Plasma. You might want to look into that option in your area, it will mean an extra $250-$350 a month to help you pay off your debts.

You can also try an early excusion. I didn't even ask but a unpaid collection from 2008 just fell off my Trans Union report, my score went up 10 points according to CK, but I'm sure that's about right regardless if it's FAKO or not.

You don't have to pay off your debts. Just get the outstanding balances down to 50% and then get a couple of secure credit cards. Continue to pay down your debts, don't take on any more credit out until your debts are paid off.

Then do Dave Ramsey's Baby Step #1 which is start a $1,000 emergency fund. His second step is pay off your debts, but it looks like you'll need to pay them down before you can start your emergency fund.

 Good Luck.

Re: Credit repair, don't know where to begin

Thanks for your advice. I am currently looking into ways to earn extra income to save and pay off my debt. I don't want to obtain more bad debt trying to pay off my baddies. I do have some positive trade line...$500 Walmart, $1550 Gettington, $350 Victoria Secret, personal loan & car loan.
