Credit repair plan. Need opinions.

Hi, everyone. After lurking this board for a few months, I finally found the guts to really start taking some action. My story is basically that I ignored every collection letter I've ever received. So my credit is BAD. My current SW Equifax score is 559. I've obtained a copy of all 3 of my reports and combined my derogatory information in the table below.

My plan is to DV every CA to ensure that they still own the debt. Letters should be short and simple, right? How long should I wait to hear from them? From my understanding, there is no requirement for them to respond and no time limit to receive a response. Is this correct? If I do not hear from a CA, do I resend the DV?

After the CA validates, I want to PFD for a lesser amount, if possible. Has anyone had any success with the CAs that I have to deal with?

How do I handle the medical judgments? I actually have 4, but my wife is handling the other 2 right now. I can contact the attorney, but does the payment go to him or the OC?

Other things on my credit - I have a secured Cap1 card, opened in May 2012. AU on my wife's Target, Walmart, and Barclays since November 2012. I have a current auto loan from March 2011 and a closed auto loan from May 2005 (which has a few 60-day lates).

If anyone has any suggestions for me, please feel free to tell me. I have no clue if I'm doing this right or not.
