Credit reporting IIB

I have a BK from 2004. All of the accounts included in BK fell off at the 7 year mark, although the BK itself remains until April 2014. I did not reaffirm my mortgage but have made all the payments on time since the BK. My mortgage company sold it's portfolio a few months ago and on April 30th the new company reported my mortgage to the CRB's as included in BK with a date of 2013??? Should this even be reporting on my credit report at all?  I have worked hard to get my scores up and my credit score was 700 and I took a 80 point dive for this???? something from 9 years ago???

Re: Credit reporting IIB

It seems to me this is redating.  They either cannot report, or must repost with the correct date.  What they are reporting now is inaccurate and an FCRA violation.

Re: Credit reporting IIB

I disputed it with TU and EX, it is not on my EQ. It was reaged because TU has the drop date as 1/2020. The BK itself falls of in 2014.
