Credit reports are out of date...

Got an alert from CreditKarma about my credit report needs to be updated or something about it being out of date. what does that mean? Also, I have noticed that my credit reports have list of my old addresses and not my current ones...is this what they mean and how do I have them correct these?

Hello!

For addresses, I normally just go into the dispute section and take off the old addresses. Some creditors don't allow you to remove an address that's being reported by them so I make sure my addresses are updated with everyone so I won't run into that issue. It's mostly with Experian though.
