I received an alert that my credit score dropoped 30 points! There is a new account from an old university that I attended in 2010. I never took this class and was billed inappropriately. I spoke to the financial manager who is investigating the charges. I only have 3 weeks to get this done. Should I contact the CRA or the CA? Should I dispute? I was told disputes are bad when you are looking to purchase a home. Any advice? Please help!
