Credit union with good rates

Hi,

A while back I read information about a specific credit union ( I don't know why I feel it was affiliated with a PTA ) that had great rates or credit cards but would also finance an auto with a nice interest rate at the time one would join. I cannot for the life of me remember what month or the name of the institution. Does anyone remember this post?

Re: Credit union with good rates

That would be Alliant Credit Union.  You can join by being affiliated with your local PTA or by joining the National PTA (one time charge of $25.00).  After joining the PTA you can immediately apply to Alliant.  They will pull a hard Equifax and ChexSystems report.

Just a quick update to the Alliant Credit Union member requirements. All you need to do is become a member of "Foster Care of Success" with a one time donation of $10. Alliant has no fees and is ranked in the top 10 credit union in the nation.
They have excellent reviews also.
