CreditOne EO GW Email, Got A Response In 2 Hours

After a quick reply from the great users of this forum I was able to fire off an email to the CreditOne EO asking about a GW removal of my only late in 4 years that happened while traveling last Oct. After firing up the email, I got a response in 2 hours saying that they were reviewing my case and I would hear shortly! Not a total victory yet but the fact that they are even reviewing gives me hope!

May I ask that you PM me the email of whom you emailed for this GW?

I need to send out a round of GW request for Credit One tomorrow and apparently whomever you emailed has a quick response / ackowledgment time frame!

Thanks for information. I emailed at 6am CST and still haven't heard anything. I know that they often don't respond to thses type of requests though.

Just received an email that they are "reviewing my request" and I will get a response with snail mail. We are unable to respond via email at this time......etc...

I hope this works.
