Curacao charged off account help. How can I get it deleted ?

I have 2 accounts on my CR from Curacao that I don't recognize

Both of them show up now as charged off / written off

What is my best bet to get that deleted from my CR ?

Should I contact Curacao? Should I dispute it with the CRA's ?

Any advice would be helpful

i lived there for 6 years and have been back in the states for 3 years now. were you there at the time? or were the charges after you left?

I was living there when the charges were written off

How should I approach this ?

is it a Netherlands collection company? NA? US?

what is on the report? does it show a 599 9 number to call? or a US number?

sounds like bargaining time (pay for delete) to me.  

if they arent yours then try to dispute with as valid of reason as possible and any paperwork that may steer them your way.

you may be able to contact a notaris in curacao and have him send a letter that can help back it up (never know, might work), as long as the charges werent at campo, lol
