Thank you SO much for your encouragement.  I am just sitting back and waiting.


However,

Odd that the one I had complained to the BBB with had offered to delete the two entries out of courtesy from my credit report.  They tried to attach my husbands bill to it and get me to sign a release form in the attachment.

WOW.

My response back was I agree to pay the two above listed accounts but having some knowledge in the compliance field it is ilegal for me to sign a medical release of anyone elses medical accounts.

We'll see what they come back with.

Wow! That is illegal as heck!

Make sure you keep all your documentation of what just occurred. Write down happened in detail and date and sign that paper. You may never need it, but they just lost a lawsuit if you ever decide to sue them.

Seriously, you should Google HIPPA. And probably HIPPA lawsuits.

I downloaded the PDF document with their letter attached to it.  I am really shocked as hell.
