DOFD, & I've read just wanna be sure

I've read at least 4 threads but still have to ask, is my DOFD June 2010 or January 2010

& also, this is the CA collecting for HSBC, so it follows the same SOL right?

Another question, my capitalone would be April 2010 right?

And my final question what should I do??? (of course lol).....the SOL is 3 yrs for dc I believe so do I wait until after to try a pfd for them both? WWYD if this was your report? Start paying them off now? Any suggestions are appreciated & needed! Thank you!

All the SOL means that they can't legally take you to court to collect.  Personally I wouldn't call anyone.  I like to do mine by mail.  Leaves a nice paper trail that way.

Worst case scenario, they threaten to take you to court.  You pay and avoid that anyway.  Just remember one thing, never acknowledge it was your account.  You can say you don't recall this,, whatever,,,, just don't say "yes it's mine".   And don't sign any agreement.   These things can sometimes restart the DOFD depending on your state.
