UTIL is credit cards should be between 1-9% multiple cards have a small bal and keep one card at a zero bal.

If I am correct you don't want to be higher than 30% DTI

i didn't think MyFico.com factors in your income.  In fact, I didn't think income factored into your Fico score at all and was only used by underwriters and Loan Officers for mortgage/loan purposes.  Am I misisng something?

Ok I figure once I get student loans out of default I should be at like 12.5
