Thanks. I'm just barely there, but Im there. I was at a 644 a few months back.

Yeah, I was in the process of buying a house back in Feb. While my file was in underwriting, the above mentioned apt complex reported to the CRA and it dropped my score to 605 and I lost the house. I've bounced back just enough, but Im going to keep plugging along and keep doing what I can to improve my score.

Oh okay, thanks for that info!  At least now your score is where it needs to be even with that lease issue on your report.
