DV Question

I sent a few DV's CMRRR.  I havent heard anything yet.  My question, can a DV be emailed as well?  How long should I wait before I DV again?  They are medical collections for CAs that when I talked to the OC, they said that they do not use this CA any more.  I am trying to find out that, if the OC does not use this CA anymore, would they not have pulled the collections from them?

You need to ask the OC to call that collection agency and have them removed. If the OC is not using this company, they should have pulled the debts back, and the CA should no longer report this debt. I doubt that they will DV, and if they don't you should be able to get them deleted easily.
