I have utilized so much of the information I have found on these forums, so thank you all!
I sent a DV letter to both the OC on a credit card account and lvng funding, the CA who now owns the debt. I recieved a letter from the OC stating they no longer own the debt. Still I have no response from lvng funding and its been almost a month. How long should I wait before submitting a PFD letter? Also if I am able to do a pfd for the CA lvng funding, will the OC have to remove it from my credit report or will have have to GW them?
