I am seeking an answer to this very same question. I have almost an identical Sallie Mae credit report as ficojoe, even almost the same months and years delinquent. As of today, all the lates have fallen off my experian report, but not my transunion or equifax. The date of first delinquency is listed as NA on my equifax report (the one from annualcreditreport.com), and it's not listed on the transunion report at all. Ficojoe, did your lates fall off as they should have or are they still hanging around?

Ah I see... did you try disputing it or take any other action about it? I am curious because my experian report took all the lates away at the 7 year mark but the other two reports have them falling off one by one. I would love it if Experian is the one that is correct!
