Just curious what the outcome was on this.
I actually started a new thread on it because the topic moved from the case to paying and vacating the judgment.
I paid the judgment, but before I did I asked the attorney's for Midland to vacate it after I paid. They agreed to do so. I paid, they asked the judge to vacate, the judge vacated. This all happened within 3 weeks so it was quick.
So, although I ended up losing against Midland, at least it didn't end up on my CR as a judgment!
