Debt Management, is it the way to go?

Me and hubby just got turned down for a home loan due to his credit report/score. I was we needed to build his credit and was pointed here. Not sure what info you need to be able to help/point me in the right direction, but here are the bad things:2 Medical Bills unpaid totaling 660.00, 1 Medical Paid but still there, Secured Credit Card just paid the last 1.28 off today, and a repo. On my hubby's credit report from last year it said that the repo was to come off his credit report in May of 2011. The only good thing that he has on his credit report is our car loan that we pay on time ever time. Thanks for any help.

The Medical that is Paid doesn't have a CA's name so I don't know who that belongs to, who I should contact, what should I do about that?

You need to know if this ever went to collections before you consider using the HIPAA process.

Pull all 3 of your reports at annualcreditreport.com and see how this account is listed. You'll want to know if the OC (Original Creditor) still owns the account or whether it has been assigned or sold to a CA.
