Debt Re-aging...how do I fix this???

I have several older collection accounts (most are very near, or past, the statute of limitations for debt collection in Florida) that have been sold to a different CA (which I've discovered that there seems to be families of CAs...different company names under the same umbrella that sell accounts to each other) which then re-ages the debt.  Some of the CAs have also listed the debts as installment accounts and those accounts are now showing up on my credit report as late pays!!  Whats the best way to deal with these issues???

File a complaint with the FTC. Watch how fast those accounts get deleted. Do you know the DoFD of the accounts?

Many of the entries show the date of delinqeuncy as the date that my CR was pulled.  I'm not sure now if it's the CA or the CRA that's re-aging the accounts...

CRA's have nothing to do with re-aging. I would file a complaint with the FTC
