Debt Validation Letter Question

I want to send a DV letter to the law firm that has a judgement against me. This is way after the 30 day window… it’s actually a couple of years after the judgement was filed. I was never served and I never received any complaint in the mail. Is it a waste of time for me to send this letter now? I really want to know how they calculated these huge fees and interest. Am I too late to ask for this information?

Re: Debt Validation Letter Question

You need to file a motion to vacate with the courts. If there is no proof they properly served you with the complaint and summons this should not be difficult. A DV letter will not work in this circumstance.
