Debt charged off but still showing current payments?

I am wondering if anyone can look at the attached photo and explain to me why it ppears charged off debt from 2008 shows on my report as continually paid on time. (green month means paid on time as best as i can tell.)  

What is "skip"?

What is the best way to approach this?

And one more question...I just recieved my 1 free full report from TU and I noticed that on every single derogetory item it says "Estimated date this item will be removed:" and then gives a date between 2/2015 and 11/2015 for about 6 items, (apart from one which I am challanging both with TU dispute center online and with the agency, cause I dont know what it was. I wasn't even in the country then.)  So is that to be believed? All I have to do is sit back and watch these fall off one by one over the next 9 months? Thay are all originally from 2008.

Skip = Skip tracer, also known as a collection agent.

They will ordinarily show green if no data is reported for that month.

I have been wondering about this as well, I have a charge off credit card on equifax that reports nothing but good payments but has a charged off status and description. Does fico recognize this as a positive account? Because under negative factors on the 3 bureau report my equifax has one less than the others and the only difference is the other two have bad payments and charge off in the payment history section of the same card.
