Hi I have another question. I recently applied for a auto loan and the bank denied me with a 634 TU score saying it doesn't make loans under 650. I was OK with that. The loan officer helped me setup a CD and then take a secured loan against to help repair my credit. He also mentioned about my student loans that once they get off deferred payments that my score would raise. Some of the student loans are getting close to the two year mark and have all reported positive on my credit profile. Will it actually change my score showing a positive increase when those go on regular payments or am I already getting the max benefits from these (current standing) loans?
Any info on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Has anyone had any experiance with this situation.
Good question, I been paying on my Sallie Mae Loan for two years and my credit score has been stable, my other U.S Dept ED loans will get off of deferrment this May.
