Delete good standing Installment loans off of CR?

Is a good idea to remove "paid installment loans" older than 7 years that are in good standing, how will affect my credit score? Positive or negative effect?

Leave them.  There is nothing to be gained by having accounts in good standing (even closed!) deleted.  They stay on your reports for 10 years.

Removing them will negatively affect your AAoA. Leave such accounts alone..

Can you remove positive accounts? I thought they stayed on your report for 10 years if closed, and indefinitely if open.
