I had a 14 month old medical collection that I paid off. I received a fax from the CA today stating that they will be deleting it from my CR. What kind of increase in my CS can I expect to see from this?

What other negative information is showing on your reports ?? That will be a big factor in determining what your score looks like after this collection is removed.
1 other paid collection from 2009
1 30 day late from 2010
1 60 day late from 2010
95% utilization that I recently paid down to 3%, just waiting for it to report.
I also only have 1 tradeline.

I don't think you'll get a huge boost since you have another collection. However the reduction in utlization ( assuming it is revolving debt ) should give you a nice FICO score boost.
