Just a quick question...
My student loan provider mistakenly reported negative information to the credit reporting agencies and agreed to remove info after I pointed it out to them.
They apparently sent in retractions to the agencies on 2/17, but it still hasn't been removed.
How long should I expect to wait before the changes are reflected in my credit report/score? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
Thanks.
30-60 days is what they say - usually within 30 days though. I know it's so hard to wait, but it will be fixed in no time!
